The amazing author of many anti-war and satirical books has left us. Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. died yesterday at the age of 84. My two favorites of his books are "Slaughter House Five" and "God Bless You, Dr. Kevorkian" If you have read any of his books, please share in the comments your favorites. If you haven't read any of his books, stop reading this crap, go to the library, and start reading Vonnegut! Great quote Vonnegut quote: "George W. I have to say Slaughterhouse Five is my favorite as well. He actually lived through the Dresden firebombing during WWII. Kind of amazing that he lived through that, then was severely burned in a fire while we were in high school and almost died and then finally died 7 years later from a fall at 84. I'm definitely adding some major Vonnegut to my queue at the library.
