
The wife and I officially are democrats. We used to have "no party affiliation," but we just recently changed that. We now can vote in the democratic primaries, not that our votes matters. The Oregon primary isn't until May 20th (!!!wtf!!!). By that time, the candidate will already have the party's nomination, no doubt.
Can someone please tell me why all the primaries aren't on the same day? I mean, for serious, our vote in the primary will mean absolutely nothing, so what is the deal with that?
