We just got back from the vigil and it was really neat to spend the evening with like minded people who wanted what was best for our countries children. It was also pretty cool when the small group spontaneously broke out into "This Little Light of Mine" changing the lyrics here and there such as "Children are Better Than Oil, This Little Light of Mine.." Cool stuff.

Great idea in concept. Who pays for it?
As far as my understanding of the bill goes, the money would come from taxes on cigarettes and cigars.
